The Courage of Focused Alignment

Distracted attention and competing priorities sap one’s energy and mood. How often do you lose focus on the important things: the values, priorities, and intentions that drive and attract you?

The clarity of mind that comes from directed attention can be directed however you like, whether in service of self-inquiry and spiritual pursuits, or simply more efficient tasking, stress-management, and emotional self-mastery.

Learn and practice powerful methods to cultivate the quality of effortless attention by using the environment, your breath, your body, and your mind as a finely-tuned instrument of concentrated will and focused intent.

Maybe you’re new to living in altitude and want to get the most out of every breath. Maybe you’re a seeker looking for potent practices to accelerate the depth of your self-realization, maybe you just want to be more effective, efficient, and empowered in your day-to-day life. Or you’re a yogi who wants to up-level their practice by getting out of the controlled studio and into the chaotic embrace of nature.

The air is clear and the trails are ready, but the question is "are you?"

Bring your mat, your shoes, and your self for a five mile hike up to high-altitude yoga session! Wherever you’re coming from, this event will provide you with physical and meditative practices to help transform your environment into a potent ally in service of your highest intent.

This is a 5-mile hike to the top of Green Mountain inside William F. Hayden Park, in Lakewood, CO, followed by an Asana practice and a guided meditation session that introduces powerful Tummo mind/body/spirit practices from the Tibetan Kagyu tradition, and an active, contemporary variant popularized in modern times by Wim Hof.

On Sunday, March 28, at 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM, we will join together at the Green Mountain Hayden Park Entrance.

  • Introductions and Safety

  • Active Breathing Pranayama Practice

  • Begin hike

  • Asana practice on top of Green Mountain

  • Guided meditation & breathwork

Once we finish, we will head back down in small groups or individually.
