Leadership Development and Business Alignment Programs
What is it?
The Freeform Group builds customized programs to fit each organization’s unique context to transform leaders and frontline employees of small- and medium-scale businesses (<300 people).
We work with clients to develop a roadmap to success and employ a wide variety of both innovative and time-tested methods to generate enduring impact and improve participant experience.
In the assessment phase, an initial series of 1-on-1 sessions between Zachary and the client leadership team allows the Freeform Group to build a contextual understanding of the organizational battlespace. This phase concludes with a focused group workshop wherein all members of the client leadership team and the Freeform Group finalize the co-developed plan for next steps.
During Alignment, the Freeform Group and the client engage in problem solving workshops where problems and challenges are presented, root causes are identified and tested, and implementation programs are created by tapping into the collective knowledge and experience of all involved.
Once the client and the Freeform Group have developed a roadmap, Execution kicks off. The human factors identified during Assessment now are brought to the front, roles and responsibilities may be reassigned, and interpersonal conflicts may arise among the leadership team.
Throughout the implementation process, the Freeform Group will guide clients through the implementation process with 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

How much does the program cost?
This depends on the needs of the client and the value provided. A highly intensive 2-month engagement may require more time invested on Freeform’s end than a low-level 6-month engagement.
